At Red Ruby Ceylon Pvt Ltd, we value our customers and aim to deliver a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we have created a transparent cancellation and refund policy to support you.

1. Tour and Package Bookings

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund (excluding any bank or gateway charges).
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour start date: No refund.

2. Hotel, Transport, and Flight Bookings

  • Hotel and airline bookings are subject to the policies of individual providers. Refunds or changes depend on the respective hotel's or airline's terms.
  • In some cases, airline tickets or special hotel offers may be non-refundable once confirmed.

3. Cancellation by Red Ruby Ceylon

If a tour or booking must be cancelled by Red Ruby Ceylon due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, safety issues), customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule or transfer the booking to another date.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

5. No-Shows and Early Departures

  • No refund will be issued for clients who fail to arrive for their tour ("no-show") or leave before the scheduled end date.
